Refund Policy


At Prime Picks Sale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible products within [7/14/30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

  • Certain items may be non-refundable (see section 4 below)


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@internetcablepro.com within the eligible return window

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in process or shipped, and our return policy will apply instead.
